Darkest eyeliner

I am so happy with my purchase of this eyeliner! It's so dark and it stays put! I won't ever use another eyeliner because most smear down my cheeks this one doesn't! It stays put all day and all night!! Not to mention this is the most pigmented liner I've ever used!! Try it for yourself! It sells out fast so I suggest getting two at a time they last a pretty good amount of time!!

Best eyeliner

Bought on a whim a year later same eyeliner lol and I just bought a new one, this time the shimmer. The liner goes allllllllll the way down to the very bottom. 17$ for a year, goes on creamy and doesn’t budge- even when swimming. This the stick blush and the high gloss are Kylie must haves.
